DT Microcircuits proposes a wide range of tests with its own equipment adapted to LTCC substrates, or in partnership with mother companies when complete modules are concerned.
LTCC substrate electrical testAccording to circuit application and quantities of substrates to be tested, DT Microcircuits can use:
ĦE Semi-automatic capacitive testers
ĦE Fully automatic DC testers,
ĦE Semi-automatic RF testers for [S] parameters measurements
These tests can be performed at 100% or under a sampling base.

Dimension check
DT Microcircuits includes in its test process a high
accuracy dimensional check of the LTCC panels to avoid
any difficulty in assembly houses.
Panel distortion is strongly magnigified to be visible
LTCC module electrical tests
In partnership with mother companies, DT Microcircuits studies and implements:
ĦE DC and RF testers of assembled LTCC panels and individual LTCC modules
ĦE Custom designed RF test heads
ĦE Automatic transfer of data from testers to trimming lasers for capacitor
adjustment.
